2) Performance psychology (mental skills)

For athletes who are functioning reasonably well but want stronger mental performance under fatigue, pressure, or uncertainty.

  • pacing discipline and decision-making

  • resilience, self-talk, imagery, motivation

Clinical vs Performance

Therapy focuses on mental health and broader functioning. Performance work focuses on mental skills and competition/training execution. Many athletes benefit from an integrated approach.
