WORK WITH ME

Choose the pathway that best matches what you need right now.

1) Clinical psychology for athletes

For athletes who want evidence-based therapy for mental health concerns—delivered with sport-context understanding.

Common focus areas

  • anxiety, panic, rumination

  • low mood, burnout, loss of motivation

  • trauma and recovery after setbacks

  • body image and eating concerns

  • chronic pain

  • stress, sleep, relationships, life transitions

What you can expect

  • a clear formulation

  • practical between-session tools

  • progress measures that make sense for you (symptoms + function + training consistency)

2) Performance psychology (mental skills)

For athletes who are functioning reasonably well but want stronger mental performance under fatigue, pressure, or uncertainty.

Common focus areas

  • confidence and consistency

  • focus, attention control, pre-race routines

  • performance anxiety

  • pacing discipline and decision-making

  • resilience, self-talk, imagery, motivation

  • dealing with injury/rehabilitation

Clinical vs Performance

Therapy focuses on mental health and broader functioning. Performance work focuses on mental skills and competition/training execution. Many athletes benefit from an integrated approach.
